Aleš is the founder of CRM pro neziskovky („CRM for NGOs“). He worked with LMC and Capgemini. In 2008 he initiated cooperation with the Via Foundation in developing the first giving portal website and toolbox Darujme.cz. Currently, he works for one of the largest Czech banks (ČSOB) as a customer relationships management (CRM) expert. In his free time he – together with his colleague – supports NGOs by helping them implement and use the Salesforce.com CRM system.
