Leaders of Tomorrow International Network (LOTIN) is an emerging international non-profit organization that grew out of the conviction that inspiring and fostering the next generation of leaders in civil society will be the key to success in addressing increasingly more complex social needs.

For several years, the network has been based on voluntary contributions from members, but to move to the next level, we decided to hire a Program Manager to support, coordinate and manage its active board and members.
We offer flexible, primarily home-office / on-line based contract renewable after one year of up to 0,5 FTE based on hours worked. The offered reimbursement is an equivalent of EUR 1,000 / month / 0,4 FTE (2 days a week) to be invoiced on a monthly or quarterly basis.
We seek an independent, reliable, flexible, disciplined and communicative Program Manager with passion for civil society and the social sector ready to work in an international environment with a diverse group of leaders. English will be the primary work language.
In the next 3 years, strategic priorities of the Leaders of Tomorrow International Network focus on building:
- an organizational, operational and governance structure and framework for the network, including brand redevelopment
- a fundraising program
- quality standards for the offered educational and networking programs
- international alumni network
Expected responsibilities and tasks will include:
- to oversee and to coordinate the implementation the LOTIN strategic plan 2024-2026
- to support and to coordinate the work of LOTIN working groups
- to execute tasks agreed with and assigned by the board (steering committee)
- to work with the LOTIN Chair and the Coordinator and report to the LOTIN Chair
- to support and to lead the implementation of the LOTIN (provisional) fundraising plan
- to support and to lead the development of the LOTIN Alumni Network
- to suggest proposals and identify opportunities for LOT program development and growth (new partners, new programs, new formats and the like)
- to communicate with partners and prospect supporters and donors
- to support further LOTIN program growth and further development (such as Training of Trainers programs and others)
